You can take your vehicle in to what dealership or mechanic of your choice. As long as the shop has an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) mechanic you are allowed to use whichever facility you are comfortable using.
We recommend you take your vehicle into the shop right away, that way hopefully they can catch a small repair before it turns into a big one. From there, you will hand the service department your I.D card and pay them your deductible. The service department will contact us and let us know how much the labor and parts will cost. Once we approve the repair we will pay the facility directly with a credit card. Once the car is fixed they will contact you letting you know it is done, by the time you pick it up your repair has already been taken care of.
